Fenland for Business has excellent links with financial organisations and funding bodies and can provide you with impartial advice about which funding opportunities or programmes are the most appropriate to help your business grow. Information regarding just a few of these organisations can be found below but please do contact us for further information and a tailored service.

Finance providers

We already work with several well established partners who can provide specialist financial support:

  • Small Loans for Business provide loans to start-ups, SMEs and social enterprises in the East of England. Loans of up to £100,000 are offered on flexible repayment terms (min. 6 months, max. 7 years) to groups who typically are refused finance. If you have been refused a loan by a bank but have a viable business plan, Foundation East may be able to help. For more about their eligibility criteria and loan products, please contact Foundation East on 01284 757777, email: info@foundationeast.org or visit: www.foundationeast.org
  • Business Funding Options - The Government's Business Support Helpline can provide a personalised list of the most suitable finance options for your business. Their helpline is available Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and can help you discuss business funding opportunities. Call 0300 456 3565 or click here to visit their website.
  • Signpost2Grow - gives local businesses access to a wide range of support, advice, grants and events aimed at helping businesses to grow and develop. Set up by the Greater Cambridge Greater Peterborough Enterprise Partnership and funded through the government's Growth Deal, it helps drive sustainable economic growth in the region. For full details, visit: http://signpost2grow.co.uk/
  • Innovation Grants - Run by Innovate UK, businesses and research organisations can apply for funding to test out and develop innovative ideas.
